Meal Plans

I’ve spent the last 13 years trying to figure out what to eat, how much to eat, how often I should eat . . . I was left feeling overwhelmed and tired from it all.  I’ve tried everything from feeling  like I was starving, to extreme exhaustion, bored with food and lets not forget binge eating.

How can you be successful in this journey to living a longer happier healthier life?  Nutrition is the key! How you fuel your body accounts for 90% of how you feel, how much energy you have and how you maintain your weight loss.  The key is learning how to eat, why you crave things and know that you can eat what you want in moderation.

I have 3 kids, life is busy and I don’t always have a lot of time to prepare meals.  I do want to provide my family with nutritious meals but I really don’t enjoy cooking. I’ve complied a list of recipes from multiple sources and put together the perfect plan for you!  Here’s what you can expect from each plan:

5-Day Variety: This plan offers you variety. You will be able to mix and match from each category (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack). There are no repeat meals but will require cooking.

5-Day Simplified: This plan is ideal for the very busy person that doesn’t mind eating the same things a few times in a row. The meals are very simple and require few ingredients.

7-Day Family: This plan is perfect for families.  The menu is tailored towards families with kids. The recipes are not complex but will require 30 cook time for dinners.

7-Day Variety: This plan is ideal for the person that loves to cook.  Although the recipes are simple, they do require a lot of prep work and take time to cook.
